Regulations regarding your hotel booking
- A 2 night minimum is required to book on-line. One night exceptions are made by phone only 1-619-232-4045.
- An additional 10.5% transient occupancy tax is required by the city of San Diego.
- A $25.00 per night charge is required if the reservation includes more than 2 guests.
- Rates based on double occupancy.
- No guests under 21 unless accompanied by parent or gaurdian.
- No children under 12 years of age.
- No smoking in the hotel.
- No pets.
- Maximum occupancy 4 persons per room.
- A 10% deposit will be charged in order to hold your reservation.
- Full payment is taken 30 days before arrival, refunds are payed if canceled dates are re-booked.
